Purchasing an account

How do I purchase an account at MMOAccountSales.com?

Step 1. Select your game: To purchase an account from MMOAccountSales.com, first select your game from the menu on our (Buy Account) homepage.

Step 2.Browse Accounts: Next, you can choose to browse the full account selection or clarify your search using the advanced search function. Using the search function is recommended, as there can be hundreds of accounts available at any given time and the selection can be quite daunting. The only way to verify what expansions an account has enabled is by visiting our live chat and directly asking a Customer Support Representative. However we will not an expansion on an account that doesn't need it. For example, if an expansion is for level 50 and above, and we are selling you a level 50 account, then the account will not have an expansion on it.

Can I trade my own account for another account on the website?

No, sorry. We do not sell other people's accounts for the complete safety of our customers. For this reason we do not allow people to trade in their account.

Can I give in game currency instead of cash for an account?

At times we will accept in game currency, however it is best to ask a customer support representative via our live chat, if we are buying currency for your game, and how much we are paying for it.

What does Gear Score have to do with an account?

We derive the gear-score through an independent website. The gear score tells you the value of the gear, enchantments, inscriptions, and gems on the character. The higher the gear score, the better geared the character is. A level 80 World of Warcraft character can have a gear score as low as 400 and as high as 3000. A gear score of 400, would be entry level gear and would need to have serious gear upgrades. A gear score of 3000, would allow the character to enter any Raid and is considered in the top 100 geared characters on the server. The higher the gear score, the more time, attention to details, and love were put into the character.

How do you get your prices?

We derive all our prices, based on the gear score of the characters, but we also take into account special mounts, pets, achievements, locality, skills, and gold on the account.

Please note if you upgrade your new account to a battle.net account and then that account is banned we are not able to help you recover it nor can we be held responsible for the banning.

What payment options are available?

Taking Ownership of an Account

Can I transfer a character I purchase to another server?

Sometimes. It largely depends on the game, but it is possible to transfer characters between servers in games.  However, we do not offer any service guarantees, should you transfer the character off the account.

What should I do once I have received the account details?

Once you have completed an account purchase the login, password, and secret answer will be given to you immediately. In order to ensure clearing of all financial transactions, there is a 60-day waiting period to change the registered e-mail address associated with each account as well as a 60 day holding period for the cdkey, sometimes referred to as master key.

If I want to buy a custom account, can you provide this service?

Yes, we ask that you use our Ticket System, to request a custom quote. We can then provide the account under your name, with your details for the address and phone number.

How much does a custom account cost?

The price depends on the features you want, including gear, mounts, honor, reputation, gold, et cetera.

Which games can you provide custom accounts for?

We can provide custom accounts for World of Warcraft, Aion, Final Fantasy XI, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online, & Star Trek Online. We hope to also add EverQuest 2.

Why can you custom level accounts for all the above games, but you only have World of Warcraft accounts listed on this site?

We provide power-leveling for those games, and can easily power-level you an account for the games we know how to level. We do not keep those games in stock, because the amount of accounts we need to provide to keep a good base of accounts would be great.
